LOCATIONS SERVED
Q1. How far is PS Sound & Lighting Services willing to travel to provide on-site services for its clients?
A1. PS Sound & Lighting Services currently provides a full range of services throughout  New Jersey and will travel to areas outside of NJ (including NY, CT, PA, etc.).

 

FEES FOR SERVICES
Q2. How much does PS Sound & Lighting Services charge to provide equipment/services for an event?
A2. Each event is unique. However, we will provide you with affordable options that meet your budget. We can provide an estimate that is based on the size and location of your event.  Other factors that can affect fees are: 1. The location and accessibility to the performance area.  2. The duration of the event.  3. The equipment and services requested.

 

SCHEDULING ACCESS
Q3. How early and how late will PSSLS need to have access to the venue/performance area?
A3. Setup, sound/lighting checks and breakdown times vary depending on location, size of event, number of bands/musicians, size and quantity of equipment provided, etc.  Typically we need to have access to the venue 2-3 hours prior to the start of the event/performance and 1-2 hours after the event and/or performance ends.

 

ELECTRIC SUPPLY
Q4. Do we need to provide PS Sound & Lighting Services with access to electric power?
A4. PS Sound & Lighting Services can furnish portable generator(s) if electric power is not available. However, if electric power is available, we require access to a minimum of one dedicated 15 Amp circuit for small events and two or more 15 Amp circuits for larger events.  Please Note: Generators and circuit requirements listed above are for power being supplied for PS Sound & Lighting Services equipment ONLY. Additional generators and/or electrical circuits may be required for other’s equipment.
